Great experience of hosting a hybrid conference on Beams

It was the first time we hosted SPIC 2021 in hybrid format. We had to make comfort space not only for watching a live stream from all the conference halls but also for participants’ communication of different formats. To give online participants a feeling of the same spirit as those who visited offline conference. Beams platform helped reach these goals, thank you for the perfect experience and support!

PROS

Opportunity to use all the components and features we needed like live stream, exhibition, networking, entertainment, participants list, chat, speakers list, and schedule. Design, easy customization, communicating with the team.

CONS

At the start we lacked a seamless integration with our registration system but the Beams team helped us with everything and are already working on the format fast.

Reason for choosing Beams
