A must for any HVAC Contractor

Our overall experience has been 5 stars! As with any software of this kind, there is always a learning curve (training office staff, technicians and owners), but we have found, by sticking to the processes 3C Connect has provided us, we have become extremely efficient in processing invoices, restocking our service vans with parts on a daily basis, and knowing where we are financially at any time of the day!

PROS

How easy it is to use! As a technician, it is very easy to use. What I like the most is the ability to document problems, and the solutions by taking pictures and adding them to the work order. Those pictures are sent to the customer in the final invoice. It adds an incredible amount of value to the customer. As an owner, I like the reports to track performance of technicians on the jobs. This allows us to help our techs improve how they work with and talk to customers resulting in higher service tickets

CONS

I don't think there is any part that I do not like. The developers are great at listening to contractor feedback and making appropriate upgrades.

Simple & Intuitive

We use 3C connect both in the office and out in the field. It is filling the role as our dispatching schedule, CRM, membership manager & invoice generator. A huge feature is that it's completely changed the way we handle our vehicle inventory by replenishing our vehicle stock automatically. If a part gets sold out of inventory 3C automatically puts in the order to replace the part for us.

PROS

My favorite thing about this product is how easy it is to train my staff how to use it. It's functionality is very intuitive and therefore I do not need to spend a lot of time going over how it works with new employees. I also really like that I can customize my dashboard to show the things I use most and hide the things I don't.

CONS

Anytime I've had a problem it has been fixed quickly. There aren't any blaring concerns.

Reasons for switching to 3C Connect

Wanted to use something that had a more friendly user interface and smoothly transitioned between desktop and mobile applications.

3C Connect makes running our HVAC business easier!

It's wonderful to have Pricing, Job site Equipment data and Record keeping that are accessible (per Customer/ Job site) to both Technicians and Office Staff.

PROS

3C Connect has numerous features that we appreciate and use on daily basis. Here are some of them: 1) Ability to have records (and search) by Customer/ Job Site/ Equipment items. 2) Able to link the CALLS (service appointments) with above elements. (Then can later find calls by Customer/ Job Site/ Eqpt., etc.) 3) Scheduling and Dispatch features - to LINK appointments with JOB SITES, add NOTES, block off time on the CALENDAR, and LINK the TECHNICIAN. 4) The built-in PRICE Book!!! And... 5) Ability for the Tech to "build prices" in the field, and create an invoice for the customer immediately. 6) Ability for Tech, in the field, to add billing items, and DISCOUNTS 7) Technician's notes, input electronically at job sites, both for customer and for internal staff only, are preserved in the records and can be accessed later. 8) Date (and time) stamps on each call/ work order, showing when Technician arrived and departed. 9) Debriefing features, including able to categorize by types of calls, etc., for reports, and add $ values. 10) Ability to get information and reports by sorting on various elements. 11) Technical resources available for team. 12) So much more... Shall I continue? (Contact us, if you'd like.) 3C Connect staff and team have always been readily available to help us with any questions, training or technical issues. As they continue to develop and improve this software, we find more and more to like about it.

CONS

It is hard to think of anything to complain about. The 3C Connect software dispatch and tracking system has been comfortable to work with. The 3CC Team up-dates the software frequently, adding features that make it more convenient. One small glitch is that when we want to preview a Technician report, it takes a little while for the system to load the pdf report, in order to view (and either print or save) it. However, it's helpful to be able to SAVE the pdf record in our own electronic files, if we wish to do so.
