The cleaning software you need to have!

Saving time, no need excel or of paper anymore, crew reports in a minute, customer history in a minute. Each crew member has access to his/her own schedule online, google map - completely helpful for the new members. Optimization of in all levels.

PROS

Easy using for the all sides - administration, crew and customer, totally time saving for all! Regarding from the accountant view - automatically created invoices, easy to mark the payment and select its mode (cash/online), crew time calculation (commissions and ets.), balances. Generally with Brilion you have all in one - schedule app for admin, crew app for each team member, customer app (bookings & payments & requests & rating), accountant software.

CONS

They need to make some adjustment, on my opinion, on the pdf looking of the documents.

Because for me, besides all the advantages of the software, one of the most important is the customer support and personal contact, which the Brilion team do on a high level. Other point is that this company improves the software continuously, and the best is that they fit it to your needs

Utterly disappointed

Very disappointed, its okay if you have a system that needs some work and improvements but if the service that goes along with it is this bad then its just unacceptable.

PROS

They weren't quick to fix issues and customer support was tenable to say the least. Thus I have nothing good to say about them.

CONS

The website and app was faulty and it took 2 months before everything was set up to a point where it can be useful. While they advertised that it will be all set up and ready to use in a few days. The lack of support and delayed delivery date led me to request a refund after waiting a month. They begged me to give it more time since their excuse for the delay was due to the IT guy's dad died and he is not in the office because of it... Sounds like a terrible, made up excuse to me. Even if that was true then they should hire a freelance IT guy to solve the problems they have. They begged me to give them more time and after about 2 months it was resolved. I haven't been able to test it because my team and I got so use to the system we managed to work out between us after having to wait months for the Brilion platform to be completed, that we didn't feel the need to implement the Brilion system in our day to day anymore. Not just that but our clients also find it much easier to send us a Whatsapp message to make and manage a booking over going online to make a booking. Now we sit with the software that we have no use for, neither our staff nor clients want to use it and I've asked for a refund again, but not to my surprise they aren't responding to my messages. Ive waited almost 2 weeks just for a response bt all through everyone of them on the brilion Whatsapp group read my message, no one responded or reached out. I still want my refund due to the terrible service I've recieved from day 1.

Brilion saved my cleaning business

Before starting using Brilion I was asking myself if I did a big mistake by taking the decision of owening a cleaning company ? Before starting this business I was focusing more on how to get clients because I thought that this is the most difficult and important part but once we started the operation, I discovered that the most difficult part is the business organization and I started searching and looking for a good solution that will save my time and energy. I tried everything starting from excel sheets to many different softwares but no software offered me all what I need and what I want, it was there always many important and necessary features missing. Until I discovered Brilion !

PROS

Brilion is the only software that offers me all features I needed and even more. I discovered many useful features that I was not aware about. It re-motivated me and saved my time and energy and also money (because we missed and lost many customers due to disorganization) it also organized my daily and monthly work, I enjoy doing it now. My team and my customer are more happy and satisfied since I started using Brilion. - Very easy to organize daily schedules - You can track your activities history, this is very useful - Accounting part became very easy, I can have daily and monthly reports of my incomes and method of payment. - You can customize the software as per your needs - You can have overall view of your business, hours utilization, revenue, pending payments .. - Send invoices, confirmations, reviews requests to your customers with one click only - and so many other features that you will discover once you start using it; Brilion team members are responsive and they gave me necessary training to understand how to use the software (which is not complicated) and they are always available to answer my questions and to receive my feedbacks. I highly recommend all cleaning business owners to use Brilion, it is crucial software.

Highly Recommended

As a company owner, I am amazed with how Brillion organized our operations. It became an ultimate tool for us in standardizing our company. Previously, we used to face problems with one software in terms of speed and not meeting all our needs all in one place. With Brillion, it is efficiently arranging everything we need all at once. I can monitor the performance of the company as a whole and it allowed us to measure everyones performance and made everyone’s job easier. Apart from the software, Brillion’s team also provides amazing customer service and they always make sure to reply in any queries as fast as possible.
