The only tool that allows you to manage work on an active and opto network according to our work mod

Benefits: - the ability to efficiently manage the execution of orders with distributed tasks in the field, using the Lean Management principles, - reduction of the order processing time, - optimization of order processing costs and transport costs, - improvement of the quality of performed works. The system allows you to apply appropriate management principles, it also provides detailed data for analysis and continuous improvement of operating activities. Better results in the execution of orders translate into higher customer satisfaction. PROS

Possibility of decomposing orders for independent tasks, the option of cars management, visualization enabling workflow planning in the order.

CONS

We use a rather old version - a newer user interface would be useful, ergonomic changes - a newer version of the software ;)

PROS

The FSM is a very comprehensive system with many possibilities. Working with the Comarch FSM team was always very results-oriented and friendly. People are making a big effort and coming up with good solutions.

CONS

It is sometimes difficult to understand that the FSM system is not very flexible. Even smaller adjustments require a lot of development effort, which makes the whole thing complex and expensive. Many processes are not very user-friendly and no longer meet today's expected standard of intuitive working.

Big improvement in the operations management

The orders management and the easy way that is possible to organize the job in the different positions in operations

The user profile administration, there is not an administration module that allow to créate and manage the user profiles

Ingeneral, FSM helped us in many ways. We dropped a lot of manual tasks and printings with this tool

PROS

The best of the tool is the portability. That was a big improvement for us. Technician can carry his office with him and practically work alone on customer´s house. Nowadays TvCable based all appoinments on FSM tool and became a part of our Operations group every day.

CONS

Sometimes is hard to do some small things with installed version. We would like to be more independent in some small changes that we need to do. Fortunatelly, Comarch is working to provide some tools to do this small changes by our own.
