Flexibility in the whole extent of the word. Custom user-made reports, alerts, UI and robust developer tools like API and scripting inside the UI give you the chance to fulfill pretty much all customers needs

Custom reports are not very easy to make, as you may need to have some knowledge of SQL queries.

I like the way the plateform was ingeneered. It's easy to use with the possiblity to develop customed solutions for customers . Not fogetting the diversity of features aleady available.

There were a maintenance to extend the number of devices on our plateform and we were not notify.

Some updates move some features that are already there or remove some features that we are already used to (such as adding units from unknown connections).

Well it was easy to configure a gps device, the real time monitoring works good.

GPSGATE was my primary software for real time tracking solutions, since it was on the first companies to provide on site installation and a a lot to devices that supports.

They took to long to change the UI, by the time I was using I’ve got disappointed since they had a old interface.

Pricing is on the higher side but is well worth it and our demanding clients are willing to pay for our fees. However, for those seeking plain and simple tracking, our fees are just higher than what they are willing to pay for.
