Craft review
Overall, I like Craft and have made far more use of contact reporting than when I need to use Word.
PROSSince the basic layout and standardized topics are readily available, it makes the report easier to write. I also like being able to include documents as attachments.
CONS1. SMART reports should be an option to add with every report. Currently, only the dealer report card is included with a Craft report. If I want to include financials, KPI reports or any other type of report, I must generate the report, save it on the hard drive and then upload the file to Craft. It would be nice to click checkboxes and those reports would automatically be included at the user's wish.2.When writing the report, the current format will not allow charts to be cut and pasted in the document areas. I need to include the chart as an attachement and talk about it in the document area.3. The document area is essentially two small windows, within a window that is on the main screen. The writing area is small. While the area can be expanded to make the writing area larger, expansion of the secondary window also increases the size of the dead space that I can do nothing with. When I write a long contact report, I am forced to scroll up and down to look and review at what I have written.

This Contact Reporting solution is what we were seeking.
We have had much better engagement with our field team members as this solution is designed for contact reporting, and is a simple platform to understand.
PROSWe had an expensive contact management system in place previously that did not meet our needs, and was costly. The IKON Dealer Contact Management System has been the answer. It's a cost effective but dynamic solution for our contact reporting needs. Best of all, it's easy to use and make adjustments as needed.
CONSIt would be great if the application was more designed for mobile use.
