Solution oriented, agile and expert team.
It is quite ease to use for both of administrations and users. Implementation of the software to our case was painless. Fast and solution oriented customer support was always available.
CONSIt is still developing application, that is an advantageous, however sometimes it may take time to obtain a certain solution, and just after the updates, there may some error occurs and it is need to be solved immediately.
Reasons for switching to Lena Field
SAP does not provide us flexible form and user friendly interface. And it is more difficult to adapt and modified solution to our case.

Best Product for Audits!
We need to make sure Audits are done in the right place for work safety. Our top priority was the GPS to track our inspectors and easy to use reporting system. Lena Field covered all of our needs, it is all-inclusive when it comes to audits.
PROSSupport is excellent and helpful. The system is very well designed, user-friendly and has all of the features we needed.
CONSNone at present, it fulfills all our needs.

PROSLena Maint integration with Lena Field makes that product one of the best in this category i think.
CONSAR can be a good feature (they told me that they are working on that feature btw)

Field Service management meets all expectaions
Integration with their own products is quite remarkable
CONSIt is such a good product. I think there is a great potential for AR based field service.
