ScheduFlow by Duoserve is a hybrid appointment scheduling solution that helps users create, view and edit schedules in real-time. The solution allows users to set up customized calendar view that helps them to compare days' activities for different people and plan activities for the particular week or month. The solution can be hosted in the cloud or deployed on-premise

ScheduFlow features data entry forms and also allows administrators to set privileges at a user level. It encrypts the communications and interactions via SSL-encryption technology.It also features a carousel card view, which allows users to view schedules in three dimensions. One-time and recurring appointments, customizable timescales and automatic reminders are also offered to the users.

Additionally, ScheduFlow features enterprise-class reporting, appointment templates, pop-up reminders, resource utilization visuals and rescheduling functionalities. Mobile applications for Android and iOS devices are also offered by the solution.

Services are offered on a monthly subscription basis that includes support via online ticket portal, knowledgebase and FAQs.

Cons

Very easy to use and manage. Appointments are easier to keep up with. Simple to change appointments as well. Customer service is GREAT if there is ever an issue. I've had one small issue which was responded to very quickly and resolved in a timely fashion.

Cons

There aren't any cons with this software that I can think of. The price isn't even that bad unless you have a ton of computers.

I like that this software is clean and simple to use, especially on my mobile device. Just a few glitches but there is always room for improvement.

Pros

I use this software through one of my clients as it their preferred software for scheduling. It was super easy and quick to learn, not much training required at all. I like the fact that it is very convenient and simple to use via desktop and mobile device and have noticed that this is the only desktop app that actually works extremely well on my android device without any glitches. You can easily share your contacts info and share appointments also. I also reviewed a free demo before using this software that was step by step simple so this would be great for users that are new beginners who aren't software savvy and also great for advanced users.

Cons

Holiday dates are not automatically uploaded or shown in the calendar. There isn't a "back" button should you make a mistake so you will have to create a new event. I do not pay for the service since I use it through a client but have heard it is a bit higher in cost compared to it's competitors.

We started with the trial version and moved to subscription as we were pretty impressed with the tool. It is easy to use, time and cost efficient and can be accessed on any device effortlessly

It doesn't send alerts on devices when you are not using it, so you don't get to know of any scheduled appointments, meetings etc

Cons

It's a great value but I wish the price wasn't so high. At the time my company was smaller and it was a stretch to try, but well worth it. Available features and customized reporting could be improved.

I am currently scheduling 4 technicians with ScheduFlow. They are able to check there schedules with there phones and not have to call or stop by the office. If a call comes in while they are in the field, I just add it to there ScheduFlow and they can continue their day. I am able to label there service calls and see exactly what types of work they will be doing that day. It is simple to use but gives so much convenience throughout the day! Also, the Customer Service is outstanding! They get back to within hours not days and just check in with you to make sure everything is going well. This program is worth the try. And you have 30 days FREE to see if it really does work for you. Awesome Software!

I can have multiple employees all seeing the same schedule screen and be able to make adjustments as needed. Things change very quickly so we needed a program that would allow easy changes to the schedule. We can just click and drag. The customer look up is also very handy to have.

Cons

An address field showing up on the screen would be helpful instead of having to add it in a second time.

We find that we are more efficient and organized using scheduflow. We keep a monitor just for our emails and scheduflow and so at a glance we can see our appointments. It is convenient for us set up appointments every 15 minutes during the tax season. The client database is easy to use and helps the receptionist contact clients in other ways if their home telephone number is not answered. We love the program.

We use Scheduflow at our Law Library to manage schedules for our in-house lawyer. It is perfect for our needs since it does a great job of managing schedules, maintaining notes, and also reports on stats. Additionally, because it is web-based, installation was very simple and the ability to access it anywhere with an internet connection is a plus.

Overall a very cost effective way for especially small-medium size businesses to maintain a schedule. It would be nice to integrate a confirmation module into the software using email and/or texting to remind patients (in our case) of upcoming appointment.

Pros

Easily configurable to most any business scheduling needs including an orthodontic office in our case. Cloud based access from multiple locations very convenient and secure bypassing the infrastructure networking otherwise required to share software among different offices.

Cons

The support is challenging to reach and not as responsive as we prefer. There's alot to be said for a human interface when there's an issue.

When it works (which is 98% of the time), it works great and takes care of my business needs. But when it was down and I couldn't access my schedule it was extremely stressful.

They DO NOT have 24 hour help. They are in a different time zone than me and if it goes down which it has, 2X I can't access my schedule to know who, when or if a client is coming in. I have to wait for DuoServe to get to work before I can address the problem.

ScheduFlow is a cloud based software for scheduling staff. It’s very user friendly and the features are exactly what I can really use to schedule staff for my shop. I used the software several ways. I used the software via a colleague’s recommendation. I actively used the tool live at my colleague’s business so I can determine if it fits my needs. After just a week of use, I knew it would be good for my application. I did the trial period and really liked what it can do.

Cons

Unfortunately, it was a little pricey for what I need. I already have a Point of Sale system, so I was hoping it can integrate with it, but it’s more of a standalone system. I don’t need a duplicate system, I need something that might enhance what I already have. I would definitely invest if there is a way to seamlessly integrate into my existing POS.

Improved customer service, improved reliability.

When we started using this software we switched from a completely paper-based model. Since we rolled out ScheduFlow for our team, our error rates have dropped dramatically and we have been able to greatly improve our reliability and service to customers.
The most amazing feature of this software is its ease of use. We have had users with no prior computer experience learn to navigate the software within two days. For this we did not need manuals or documentation, it is so very intuitive to learn. Mobile users needed no more than a 5 minute briefing to start using the tool independently on their mobile devices.
The user interface is great and highly customisable. We use it for scheduling taxi drivers and their trips and it works very well for us. It is not very pricey if you only need to use it within a relatively small team. I would recommend this tool to anyone who needs to schedule a very small company or project without a huge upfront investment in licenses or training.

Cons

The software feels a little bit "work in progress". Certain small glitches could not be resolved by tech support. For example one of my desktop users cannot see whether he sets an appointment at 2 am or pm because the am/pm doesn't show for him. We flagged this 2 months ago and it remains unresolved.
We have also been having troubles with our license management, although support has always been quick to resolve these, we've had down times of several hours because of it.
What we also don't enjoy is that there is no local backup of data. So unless you have a very reliable internet connection, you can be unable to see or edit your schedules.

I love that we can have multiple attorneys scheduled and viewing separate columns. I love that all employees are able to schedule and it automatically syncs. It is awesome that the attorneys are able to see their individual schedules on the app.

Cons

Wish it had a email system so we can electronically remind clients of appointments. Or there was an option to forward a text message to client with appointment details as soon as we enter them on the schedule.

Cons

Not being able to track which licenses are attached to which users. Not MAC friendly is the biggest issues and not knowing who scheduled an appointment when information is incomplete
