Service Buddy has been really helpful in organizing and growing our landscape business
It's nice to pick up the phone and call someone when you have an issue, and the Service Buddy team is always quick to help (the [sensitive content hidden] even gives you his cell #). The software runs itself once you get everything set up, and our business has increased since using it. We find ourselves winning more jobs, customers are happy with the modern tech and convenience to pay, and it really has given me time back from managing the billing and invoicing,
PROSService Buddy is very easy to learn and navigate (both on mobile and desktop) and has led us to be able to draft and send professional quotes with a few clicks. I like the 'Home Dashboard' because it gives me an owner's view of my business and can predict how much revenue I have upcoming based on my quotes and jobs outstanding. We have a small team and managing invoices by far has been the biggest pain. Customers used to pay anywhere from 1-3 weeks after a job by mailing a check and now Service Buddy can automatically charge their card on file once a job is complete. The client is happy and gets a nice email or text with the job details and receipt and getting the money sooner and not having to chase people down is very helpful
CONSThe core features of Service Buddy work very well for us- and I'd imagine for most trade companies of our size. We have some custom reports that are unique to our business that service buddy can't do today, but their customer support team has a nice work around for it.

Best field service management software I have ever used!
We've seen an increase of at least 25% in sales with net new customers using Service Buddy
PROSTrying out Service Buddy for my small business has been one of the best decisions I've made! The platform is user-friendly and easy to navigate, even if you're not a technical whiz as most of our team isn't, but they picked it up quickly. CRM makes it easy to keep track of communication with clients, and the invoicing and quoting software is great for streamlining business operations. Plus we really like the ownership of the company, and they really listen to their customers. Highly recommend!
CONSCan't think of too many. It is as advertised.

Great platform
Our sales are up over 30% since using Service Buddy and late payments have virtually stopped.

The service platform we've been looking for
Customers love it. It's easier for us to send quotes and it really has given us a good handle on where the business is and where we can take it.
PROSThe fact that I can now invoice customers at the job site or even beforehand has helped with bookkeeping significantly. Plus my clients like the fact that they can pay an invoice or approve a quote from their phone. It is nice how it is all branded to our business. It allows us more predictability in our business.
CONSWe still customize our quotes more than most so it took getting used to service buddy.

We haven't had any issues with the platform, and it truly has saved us hours on invoices and communication
PROSWe have on average 2-3 jobs each day during the week, and it's tough to keep track of invoices, let alone communicate with clients. Service Buddy has done a great job in keeping me and my team organized and on time. Our techs really like it as well.
CONSIt would be nice if they had a payroll feature and I think that is coming later this year

Excellent Product
Smooth onboarding and we really like the customer support team- there when you need them
PROSThe management dashboard has been very helpful to us in figuring out if we are pricing our quotes too high or too low. This has allowed us to win more jobs and we really like the reporting. It's helping us grow.
CONSIf there was a way to export the graphs that would be helpful for our older bookkeeper
