Great!
PROSDispatch Board, Mobile invoicing, Job costing, etc....
CONSTracking office personnel time, Quote section both for smaller jobs and larger jobs. It would be nice to have some type of sales presentation tied into Service Factor.
Reason for choosing ServiceFactor
Familiar with the system, familiar with the support staff, better product. While Service Factor doesn't have all the bells and whistles as the other it did what we wanted and needed

Wanted something more up to date. Something with mobile invoicing.

Great value dispatch/service software
I have been very satisfied with the ServiceFactor team. We are now moving a second company into the software.
PROSMoving from a paper system, ServiceFactor has enabled us to become more organized by digitizing many of our outdated processes. Customer support has been outstanding. We have provided a lot of feedback to the ServiceFactor Support Team and they have been very accommodating with updating the software using our suggestions.
CONSThere are a few value-adding features available through other software packages that I would love to see implemented in ServiceFactor. It has greatly improved our operations, but there are things they still need to improve upon.
Reason for choosing ServiceFactor
Two major considerations: (1) We were already working with the software developer and, (2) the price point was one of the best of the packages we considered. The subscription rates charged for Technicians vs. Office Staff are advantageous for companies with large field operations. Other software packages charge much more to add additional field staff to the software subscription.

We needed to improve our dispatching process and get our field technicians into a digital solution.
