TSM Could be so much more
PROS: Easy to learn, fast post to MYOB, good scheduler & stock control. Cons: too many faults after TSM remote updates, job data lost many times from tech's tablet pcs, updates cause grief. Remote sync issues. Very poor asset handling, no auto fill fields on ID# or SERIAL no of equipment. Slow in operation even with latest server & PCs. Reports good but not simple to set up. User guide not comprehensive, needed TSM rep at our office to do basic invoice & report set up and it is costly. Always a problem after every update - Beware. Would change if I could find a better system.

The product always needs support to fix problems all the time poorly set up
they don't like you to complain, when you pay them for there service They may own the software but we purchase the rights to use it And it should work Its meant to save time and money what a joke it costs you more time than it saves
PROSthe software is good when it works For what we wanted
CONSNever been able to get tablets to work properly Poor interface, time consuming The software fails after updates loss of data Altering invoice layout caused system crashes They blame your computer for the software crash When its web based on there system

Used TSM for a long time and grew out of it
TSM serviced our company very successfully for a long time. but the product became too slow and didn't move forward with the times. I believe that they may have more products that could have serviced us better but they were never suggested or offered
PROSTSM was easy to use and because we used the local version (not web based) it avoided alot of the issues you have with web based formats. TSM was easy to use and provided a good work flow
CONSTSM didn't move with the times, the product that we were using didn't really changed in the 7+ years we were using it. the costs increased and the speed slowed
