Fantastic solution for load management, dispatching, and invoicing!
Before, I was spending much time manually dispatching with google sheets, doing paperwork, and compiling invoices. I have been using BeyondTrucks for 8 months now. They automate and simplify my work. Setup, training, and integration were super simple. I get time back to focus on things that matter more than administrative stuff
PROSSimple and effective load and document management. Easy to use web portal and driver app. Streamlined invoicing process. Lots of different options to set up and manage your fleet whether you have W2 employees or owner-operators. The development team's responsiveness to suggested updates is fantastic too.
CONSNothing. Very happy with features and functionality.

PROSWe are working with Beyond Trucks on the continued development of this software to meet all of our needs. It is great to be able to work with a team on customization that isn't putting us in a standard box of current capabilities
CONSWish we had done this sooner!! Other than that as much as custimzation is great it is also time consuming and we were anxious to get up and running

The product fit our needs well, on the driver mgt side and Beyond Trucks gave us a clean slate to which we scoped what we needed in capabilities. They designed what we needed and did so at a cost that is reasonable and provides a strong ROI

New Truckers Must
Great experience with Beyond Trucks... I really enjoy working with them.
PROSWe run drayage so I've had to pay with the format in which I enter my loads however it is very easy to track where my containers are
CONSThere really isn't anything I dislike... if I just actually entered evening the way I should!
Reason for choosing BeyondTrucks
I seen it oddly enough (idk how) on a event with Ohio SBA (WERE TEXANS)

I love the staff they are always willing to help when help is needed.
PROSI love how organized the system is. The loads are easy to input and easy to invoice as well
