Easy to use and clean interface
I used this software in a previous position for 4 years every day. I used it for driver settlement and billing purposes. I have 13 years experience overall in that capacity using many programs. TMW would fall in the middle for me out of all of those. It was good but not fancy.
PROSI found this software quite easy to use. The interface was very clean and organized. Everything was self explanatory and not confusing. You could find what you were looking for without digging forever so training someone on this was super simple.
CONSThis didn’t integrate with our accounting software that we were using at that time (Factor and Ascend) so I had to re-key all of my data for billing.

Very detailed
I like the detail you can import all documents and keep track of everything.
CONSIt was TOO detailed and sometimes confusing how to use each template.
