User Friendly VR Channel Manager
Overall this has been the best VR channel manager we have use thus far. Previously we used Bluetent's Rezfusion Boost as well as Rentals United.
PROSThe implementation of this software was one of the best I have experienced, especially due to [sensitive content hidden]. They guided us through the whole process and did not stop until they found solutions to any issues we ran into. I have implemented other channel managers in the past where everything was done through email and the person leading the implementation had very little product knowledge.I also find that their platform/dashboard is extremely user friendly and easy to navigate. I also love how they charge a percentage of confirmed bookings, meaning you only pay them when you make money. Many other channel managers these days are trying to charge a flat monthly fee per unit regardless if you receive any reservations through their connection.
CONSAs of lately (the past 2-3 months) we no longer have contact with [sensitive content hidden] as I believe she was promoted. The new account manager we have been assigned is unfortunately not nearly as knowledgeable and takes quite a bit of time to follow up. We are still enjoying the software, but their support is not as reliable and quick as of lately.

An important part of our business
It is one of the best channel managers in the market and a very good company to partner with.
PROSSince starting working with NextPax we saw a 300% increase in bookings across all channels synced with them. We could see how their distribution system works very efficiently and we had much better SEO than our competitors.
CONSWe see that the process of creating a new property in all the channels is very slow. For Booking.com you need to contact the NextPax Support team so they can open it meanwhile in other channels managers this is done automatically.We miss too the option to create promotions from the NextPax core, so they sync automatically with all the channels.

Workhorse Channel Manager for our Business
Onboarding with NextPax was extremely easy, and the support team at NextPax guided us through the very simple process of getting integrated. The customer service is also top notch and extremely responsive. This is the type of software you can leave alone because it just does what it's meant to do!
PROSWe needed a simple and easy to use channel manager that gave us access to tons of booking channels that we would not otherwise have access to. NextPax makes it easy to be searchable across multiple channels and helps us boost our visibility and booking potential.
CONSI have no qualms with this software. NextPax offers exactly what you need and integrates seamlessly with the software we already use. I highly recommend!

Efficient Chanel Manager
Nextpax simplfies the distribution of inventory to partners through in-depth understanding of our API and the one of our partners. Nextpax provides a high efficiency and ensures that potentially complicated direct connections can be simplified.
PROSThe possibility to understand the availability of inventory at partner sites and the challenges causing inventory to be temporarily offline.
CONSReceiving a slightly less technical way of receiving error messages could create a better undersdtanding of the nature of f.x. failed bookings in order to ensure, that users without an indepth technical understanding will be able to understand the nature of the issue.
