Ahundred is a performance management tool designed to help businesses set up and track objectives and facilitate the process of goal achievement for employees. This solution is based on OKR framework, which helps improve staff performance and bring transparency using a real-time dashboard displaying the entire company, department and team goals. Within its company page, users can search goals by departments or individuals and examine the list of employees using teams or departments they relate to along with their overall scores. Ahundred offers an open API that allows integration with any application used by the company. It is available on monthly subscriptions and support is provided via phone, email and chat.

Increase total efficiency in the goals achievement

Ahundred helps my team to be more productive and focused on overall goals.

PROS

Ahundred helps my team to organize our work in order to achieve strategic goals. You can define the main objectives and key results that will help to achieve these goals. And the software will help you to distribute work among the team and track the milestones. So now our company can increase total efficiency in the goals achievement. And customer support on the highest level.

CONS

The product is new and not all features are implemented. But everything is improving very quickly.

Improvement of efficienty

We at Artjoker use Ahundred last several months. With this new SaaS we understand what people need for reaching the goals, real status of OKRs in the company, and don't waste time on google sheets. I personally very like features with a priority of the goal or key result and approving the status of the key result. When we see, what service can improve, we write comments to the Ahundred team, and they answer us if it could be developed and in what deadlines. I hope, guys will grow very fast, because it helps to grow efficiency of our employees. Go BIG, guys!

PROS

We like several features of the product: 1. a priority of the goal or key result ; 2. approving the status of the key result. And of course, nice support team.

CONS

Maybe, guys need to check UX of the system, but as I know they plan to fix some pages.

Effective software in hr processes

A few months ago I got a text from [SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN] about the tool they are working on and decided to take their offer to test it. So, I had a month of free demo-usage to see if this works for my team. Honestly, I was firstly skeptical about the usefulness of a separate tool for company's goals displaying: we usually had them fixed on a whiteboard in the office so we felt kind of full time focused. So we tried it. And felt the difference since our first week. Currently, we’re working with Ahundred for three months and we already stopped using a couple of separate performance management tools we used before. Now it’s all in one place, organized easily.

PROS

Progress boards are just awesome because all the employees feel valued and responsible. Employees see their personal input to business goals so the team becomes a unity to face challenges on our way to goals. They are motivated to make their leaderboard position rise up. This kind of transparency is probably the main reason our general productivity rose up strongly.

CONS

Ahundred needs more instruments in it but all I’m thinking about is already planned in their upcoming features roadmap. And by the way, they were always in term as far as I checked.

Very Good!

We already use ahundred for two months and I really can see the progress. For us it was important to have a tool to set up OKRs without caring about updating the progress manually all the time. Ahundred gave our managers a notable amount of time to spend reasonably, not being stuck in the tasks tracking routine. They also set goals much more structured and clear because we have a limited count of them.

PROS

Simplifying the routine tracking process is a great thing. Auto-notification, simply updated progress bars, requestable feedback and several other features makes it really fast to manage the working process.

CONS

hierarchy is not integrated yet (but it is supposed to appear this month so it’s ok). It also would be great to have mobile apps to track everything in hand.
