Great for Staffing

Great customer service, [sensitive content hidden] and his team are always on hand to help with any issues.

PROS

Being a national field marketing company, we run various campaigns simultaneously. AXLR8 gives the freedom to run all campaigns and with ease book the staff and monitor coverage.

CONS

It could be less "developer" looking with a more modern interface.

AXLR8 is fully customisable to suit our needs.

Reasons for switching to AXLR8 Staffing

Ultimately, cost. Wanting an all in one system, this ticked that box.

Axlr8 Staffing User with Daily Access - A very happy business owner!

Their Customer Service is outstanding. Any issues at all are immediately addressed as they take great pride in their reputation. They are open to suggestions and ideas but as software specialist, all temporary /contract recruitment can be covered via their software.

PROS

Integration with our business was seamless. User experience is exceptional with zero complaints from my staff. The tracking of candidate activity makes life very easy when filling positions quickly as candidates are encouraged to use the availability diary to communicate their flexibility.

CONS

The client mailshotting facility could improve. Although I recognise effort has to be put in place to create templates that can be imported/tweaked with little effort.

Reasons for switching to AXLR8 Staffing

AXLR8 Staffing was by far a more suitable system for shift patterns 7 days / week, multiple times in the day, In my opinion there is no better software on the market for high volume temps for a business operating this way

Flexible staffing product

PROS

AXLR8 has lots of varying modules that can be made specific to your requirements. All areas are customisable and therefore the work you put into the system to meet your company requirements will meet the output you get from the system.

CONS

The interface can feel dated. If you do customise the modules you need to keep a record so that in the future it doesn't affect other modules you wish to add.

A bespoke system which we can use and ask to be shaped to our needs.

PROS

I like that the invoices to our clients can be raised on the system as well as the hours worked data ca be used to prepare the weekly payroll.

CONS

There were some issues but they have been ironed out with the Customer Support Team.
