Thank you Each Person
It's super simple to use, the experience is great and seamless. The platform looks nice and tidy, is very simple to navigate through and it takes minutes to understand it. Lots of great rewards and the direct connection to their Eshop is phenomenal. I also love that I can use my Epoints to plant trees, it gives me a sense of well-being and happiness.
CONSNothing, it's a great service, I'm looking forward to seeing how it improves over the year.

A must-have in any business
As a manager, I like how easy Each Person was to is to set up. I don't have time to be sending manual recognition so Each Person has made it easy for every one of my team members to actually get recognised via the system. Speaking to my employees they love little animated Ecards the Each Person team add into the system every month and really value the deal they get via the Epoints shop.
CONSI think the platform could be slightly easier to use for the less tech-savvy person. You have to know how to use a computer quite well which a few of my staff find hard and need extra support with.

We found Each Person gave better support and had a larger range of rewards to pick from.

PROSWe love the range of rewards and how much communication we get from the CSM team. Everyone in my team have said how much they vaule getting ecards as a reward especially with points attacted for them to spend.
CONSWe didn't go live with nominations but now we wish we had! Luckily having a call with the team to get this set up in time for xmas :)

Each Person: A Platform to Recognise Your Employees
Overall we are very happy with Each Person and the team is very responsive.
PROSWe use Each Person as our incentives platform where managers can reward and recognise our employees for their hard work and dedication, the system is easy to use and everyone has access. The range of products is good and the opportunity to earn cash back and save money is especially important in light of the cost of living crisis. It is an extra benefit as well as a rewards system that we can offer our associates.
CONSAs an admin I wish that it was possible for me to reset user passwords to make ut easier for associates whose emails are blocked when sending to external addresses (ie support team)
