A great way to drive productivity!
Our software - personnel planning and time registration - has an integration with Piggy. We have a lot of customers in the hospitality sector, who currently have trouble finding enough employees. With the integration, they can reward their personnel to work more hours by rewarding them. t. It’s a great way to drive productivity and fill up the employee gap. We also use Piggy for our own employee loyalty program. We have automatic rewards for birthdays or, for example, when projects have been finished on time. We’re really happy with the outcome - since the start of the program we’ve seen a change in our culture. Everyone is more focussed on saying thanks, and really works hard to finish deadlines on time. Great software to keep everyone happy and motivated!
Piggy Employee Loyalty really is an all in one tool. We can use email marketing and campaigns to keep everyone updated, we make regular reward changes and we can use gift card services for times like Christmas or birthdays. Plus, our insights show us what everyones like and what works best.
PROSThe amount of options we now have to make everyone feel appreciated is incredible! Everyone loves receiving rewards and we've definitely seen a clear change in their motivation and productivity levels since we started our program. Including myself! People are connection and sharing again!
CONSI'm learning new options everyday. It's very advanced. Not everyone in the organization is digital enough to understand this. The onboarding could be more extensive.
