Unprecedented technical recruitment tool

Now I can finally present new, interesting technical candidates to my clients which they haven't seen before. I can also better understand the real competence they have, and not some nonsense at LinkedIn. This gives me a more holistic picture of a candidate, while I can focus solely on their technical competence.

PROS

At the core of this solution lies the simplicity and focus - it is good at one thing and it does it damn well. No matter what keywords I use for my candidate search HardSkills ALWAYS depict relevant results. I don't know how but they can come up with more than 100 candidates I couldn't find during a LinkedIn Recruit search, really highlighting the power of the tool.

CONS

The main con we are looking at is the lack of integrations - you have to work with HardSkills as an independent software, making it difficult to integrate into your workflow. On the other hand very few solutions integrate into LinkedIn Recruit as well, so I guess we are at par with our other solution.
