Easy to use tool with huge range of functions

We use the software as a tool for active sourcing likely candidates for our customers. It's really easy to use, information from researches can be implemented quickly. Using talent pools candidate profiles can be searched and accessed easily. The set-up was really easy and quick and we couldn't be happier with the customer support.

PROS

The SmartSkilling feature helps us a lot in matching candidate qualifacations with the skills necessary for the job.

CONS

Comments for one candidate have to be added to the job position in order for our customer to see the remarks.

Top Software zur Digitalisierung der Recruiting Prozesse

Wir setzen das Bewerbermanagement von HCM4all für unsere Recruiting Prozesse ein, um schneller Mitarbeiter zu rekrutieren, da wir aktuell neue Mitarbeiter suchen. Die Bewerber konnten sich zuvor per PDF und E-Mail bewerben. Jedoch wollten auch wir unsere Prozesse digitalisieren und unsere Bewerberquote erhöhen.

PROS

Unsere Bewerberquote hat sich in kürzester Zeit um ein Vielfaches erhöht. Wir haben die Bewerber alle im System und müssen nichts mehr manuell einpflegen. Wir können uns intern über das System über die Bewerber abstimmen und den ganzen Prozess darüber steuern. Das ist ein echtes Plus! Auch das Stellenanzeigen schreiben und posten ist wesentlich schneller und einfacher. Wir nutzen das Multiposting und das klappt in der Abwicklung sehr gut.

CONS

Eigentlich nichts, vielleicht noch mehr Vorlagen.
