Assessment Surveys

Overall I like the idea of having all candidates take the same assessment surveys and being able to review those answers prior to the actual interview. Maybe needs to be a little more user friendly for candidates that aren't computer savvy.

PROS

We utilized the assessment surveys only and found it to be very helpful in maintaining a fair questioning line for all applicants. We were able to learn any potential problem areas and specialize our face to face interview questions accordingly.

CONS

A lot of candidates didn't want to take the assessment or had a problem accessing the assessment. It took longer than we expected in some cases to receive our results back because the candidate didn't tackle it quick enough.
