What is Hively?

Hively is a cloud-based customer feedback solution for small, midsize and large enterprises. Primary features include real-time feedback collection, rating collection, customer happiness alerts, team performance leaderboard and rewards management. It allows users to insert their personal rating link or snippet in the email signature, CRM, website and ticket tracking systems.

Hively allows customers to provide ratings and comments using a one-click option. The team members are awarded points for each rating they receive. The leaderboard feature allows users to review team ratings/ scores and rank the high performing team members. Amazing responses and adoption

We struggled with a clumsy and awkward review system and were looking for something that would encourage our users to give us feedback. Our old system was so bad - we had about a 10% response rate. When I first started using Hively I just added it to my email signature to try it out and see what it was like. I didn't ask people to use it, I didn't tell anyone that I was testing it. But like magic I started getting responses to my emails - that was all I had to see, if we get people using it, and we aren't even asking them to, what a great endorsement!!

Pros

It was so easy to get up and running! I followed simple instructions and in about 5 minutes it was on my emails. Fast and friendly!

Cons

Honestly, it does exactly what it's supposed to! I want to learn more so I can really get the most out of it - but it's super friendly!

Reasons for Choosing Hively

Hively was the first I tried, and once I used it - I was hooked. We are going to be reaching out to get advice on implementing it into our Corrigo instance.

Hively the user friendly feedback tool

Love it! so far it has solved our companies customer feedback problem.

Pros

Very easy to setup use and implement. Took me a while to find Hively but once I did it was extremely easy to navigate and setup. I was able to copy the feedback snippet into my email signature and get my co workers to do the same. I love that you can have this right in your email signature and all the customer has to do is click a face in the signature and it records the feedback. One of the biggest problems we had was customers didn't want to click and have to go to another page to leave feedback. Hively solved this issue for us, now the customer can click a face and the feedback is recorded from the email, and if they want to leave more feedback they have that option too. Other feedback software that does what Hively does is very expensive and so complicated with all sorts of options and setup requirements. Hively all you do is copy and paste and your ready to roll!

Cons

I think it would be cool to have a little more options as far as the faces for the feedback, maybe even customization to where we can have our own pictures? Other then that I don't feel like there are any other cons.

See pros and cons as I kind of explained why we went with Hively. I think the biggest things I saw in Hively over the competition was price, and ease of use. We are busy and have so many things to deal with, we don't have time to go through all the setup and all the other stuff involved with some of these other feedback programs. Hively was literally sign up copy/paste and your set.

Much satisfied with Hively.

In my scenario, sending out long surveys was a hassle for me and my teams, was taking a longer time to collect and analyze each response data from customers. So to deal with such issue, we deployed Hively in our office. Now, Hively has managed to create a quick survey with its predefined templates and has been a time-saver for us.

Pros

Hively is simple and easy to use. It is an effective tool to reinforce work. Hively seamlessly manages workforce and enhances strategic recognition which results better communication and responsive customer feedback. It is a robust platform to measure performance of a company and gather customer feedback.

Cons

No dislikes, Earlier I had a issue with the website, the server gets down frequently, hope this problem will be solved.

Love this little gem!

My overall experience has been great, which is why I am still using this software 5+ years later after implementing it. It gives me immediate, succinct, feedback, sent to my inbox on every completed ticket in which a customer wishes to share their experience. This information allows me to react quickly, and reach out directly to a customer, if they share a problem or concern with a service or product we have provided. This software also allows me to share all the positive feedback directly with my employees who worked with that customer. It's nice to be able to share what a great job they are doing directly from customer feedback (and, not just from hearing it from me.)

Pros

I found this software extremely easy to integrate with the ticketing system we are using. My customers can give me feedback, quickly and easily, without having to spend more than a few seconds to a minute on responding.

Cons

Even in its free form, this software is great. But, of course, if I could have everything, I like to see more info, other than an IP address, when someone gives an anonymous review. I wish I had more information as to where the comment originated from.
