The budgeting and labor tools are especially valuable and have become an important part of how we manage our restaurants. Integrations have probably been the biggest challenge—sometimes it isn’t completely clear what works together, how it works, or where an issue originates. To be fair, some of that also comes down to our POS provider. Support has improved noticeably recently, which has been great to see. I’ve used the platform extensively while opening more than 20 restaurants, and having scheduling, labor, and budgeting connected gives our operators much better visibility into their business. When everything is working as intended, it’s an extremely useful operational tool. Support can also be fantastic, and I’ve noticed a definite uptick recently in both responsiveness and the overall quality of support. #### Cons My experience has been somewhat hit or miss, particularly when it comes to integrations. It isn’t always clear what integrates, exactly how it works, or where an issue is coming from when multiple systems are involved.
