Jobtrain has provided a cost effective applicant tracking platform for our company for the last 15 years, constantly developing and re-inventing the applicant journey, committed to expanding into new areas to better partner with our needs not just for today but also to provide the candidate experience for the future.

Pros

The simplicity of the user interface in providing information needed to make decisions on the progress of recruitment activity coupled with the near endless customization available in the system makes for an impressive package.
The support offered by the Jobtrain team in on-boarding/training and developing the applicant tracking portal is first class and the team often go above and beyond offering dedicated client success managers along side experienced recruitment professionals familiar with recruitment processes in the UK

Cons

The shear volume of options and customization can be a minefield to navigate at first, however the team at Jobtrain are quick to reassure and educate, and in many cases happy to pitch in to solve any issues and provide guidance going forward.
