Use-friendly candidate's interview process!
Overall, it helps me to save time & efficiently manage the whole recruitment process for client.
PROSThe user-interface is good & easy to maneuver. As a recruiter, the system eases my time from chasing each interviewer for a time slot to interview.
CONSNot so familiar with initial workflow but after a few times of trial & error, will get the hang of it.

Our candidates love it
Overall experience was good, the software has a refreshing appealing interface compared to most ATS we tried. Once you created the jobs, the process is automated and it sends you emails when the process is stuck like its been 3 days since you need to make a decision on this candidate. I don't need to keep checking in on what's the progress. The weekly update and dashboard gives me a good overview of the jobs progress at one glance.
PROSOffload the interview scheduling from us to the candidates so that is a huge relief. We do a lot of panel interviews and sometimes multi-timezones - the software is able to show the overlapped open slots properly versus us checking timeanddate.com. The interviewers are guided in their assessments so we are having meatier data, in fact, we can rate each others quality of feedback. For some of us, we like the humour in the reminders from mathilda nudging us to complete certain actions and the red flags. But most of all, we were most pleased when candidates tell us they love the fact "we" send them prep emails beforehand and tracking their interview experience really makes us different and most would put us as their top choicer hirer.
CONSWe had a little glitch with setting up initially by ourselves, skipping the tutorials. We didn't know what to expect in terms of the workflow, which was in fact automated. We were trying to "move people" to the stages like a usual ATS. But the cs team was enthusiastic and responsive so they quickly resolved it for us. So I would say you need some guides but once its set up, its smooth.

Easy Peasy Mathilda
1. Very easy to use and processes are very simple just a click away. Calendar booking is almost real time 2. The self-service mode for candidates to schedule their interviews (single or multiple) is super. It takes away the constant confirmation calls/emails. It is a breeze. Candidates has feedback that they like the process of booking interview and the ice-breaker in the email. 3. Feedback feature for both interviewers and candidates are great. I dont have to chase and track for feedback for so many jobs and candidates. I like the option where candidates pen their thoughts on their interview experience with the hiring managers
CONSCurrently there is no option for candidate to reschedule interview on their own - only recruiter or hiring manager are able to do that. I heard they are adding this feature - I hope soon.

Review for Mathilda
Keeping the leads warm even after interview, giving the candidate a WOW feel that we have proper system put in place for them even while they are considering whether to accept our offer or not.
PROSAutomated emails with good contents that can be sent out to candidates at a frequency that we want to keep the candidates warm. It also given us a database which we can work with in future.
CONSNothing at the moment, we are so far pleased with what this software can offer to us.

Very Useful for Hiring Managers
Managing a candidate workflow is so much easier and relevant stakeholders only need to focus on their specific roles. Similarly, users are able to scope the candidate in entirety on one platform, including a candidate's experience, expectations and even feedback from interviewers. The best thing is the calendar function which allows the user and candidate to quickly come up with best time without the need for a back and forth to decide on a fitting schedule.
CONSThere was some help needed on integrating the calendar, which was sorted rather quickly. Also, a rescheduling feature is greatly needed as this is still cumbersome to perform on the platform.

The platform is simple to use, and very practical to do the interviews, it helps a lot and it is much easier and more practical to use this tool when hiring.
