PayBridge is fantastic - I appreciate their support team!

When I was searching for an HRIS, I wanted to be treated as a priority and not just a number. My team has an excellent relationship with PayBridge, who are always willing and eager to help us. They are an efficient and professional organization. Our implementation went smoothly, they took the time to understand our business needs. Their single sign on database is easy to use. It has simplified our payroll processing and has made onboarding new hires very easy and efficient, helping to cut down on paper costs. Their HRIS has redefined the way we handle HR tasks and has given me peace of mind that our company’s payroll is in capable hands.

PROS

PayBridge offers a robust HRIS with exceptional customer service. There are no 800 numbers we need to dial. I have direct access to a dedicated account specialist, so every time I have a question, I am talking to the same person who resolves my issues in a timely manner. The response time to phone calls and emails is very fast, and the team I work with is very friendly and helpful. I like that PayBridge is scalable. I started with Payroll implementation, followed by Onboarding, then Recruitment and Applicant Tracking. They were able to work with us on the implementation of these various modules during a time frame that made sense for our business. PayBridge’s technology is ever changing and improving, and they will customize your system to fit your business.

CONS

PayBridge’s tutorial guides are limited, however, we do not have any problems reaching out directly to my account specialist so they can guide me through a process. Our experience with them includes payroll, recruitment and applicant tracking, and onboarding. These varying components differ in their complexity and require a training session or two. Following implementation of a specific module, I meet with my specialist on a weekly basis to address any issues I may be experiencing so they can be quickly resolved.

An outstanding HRIS for Charter schools

Our Charter school has been with PayBridge since 2017 and it was the easiest transition coming from another big payroll company that could not meet all our needs as promised. PayBridge promised they could meet all of our unique needs especially the retirement reporting which others could not. They not only came through on every single thing we needed but provided so much more. The most valuable service that PayBridge provides our School district is “peace of mind”. I know that once I submit our payroll information, our employees will receive their direct deposits on time, and I know that we are in compliance with state and federal laws regarding payroll.

PROS

PayBridge has customer support that is second to none! They are so quick to respond and solve any issue or concern we may have. When an issue arises while running payroll we need an answer quickly. That is exactly what we get, an email back in record time and sometimes even a phone call to make it easier depending on the urgency. We have worked with numerous payroll companies and have never been completely satisfied until PayBridge. Being a school district, we are very complicated in what we need and they have been able to meet every single one of our needs which the other payroll providers would promise but could not fulfill. We have so many special reports, reporting needs, and unique pay, and unique payroll requests that PayBridge has easily been able to accommodate. PayBridge can make their system so customizable to each individuals need. There has not been a request yet that they have not been able to fulfill such as making the salary work for 10, 11 and 12 month employees, salary grade customization, teacher retirement reporting, customized GL and accruals. I can guarantee you will not find another payroll company with the level of service as you will with PayBridge. Their system is always up to date with the changing times. I highly recommend anyone looking for a payroll system to look into PayBridge first and I can guarantee you will not find anyone better, more efficient, or more customer oriented than them!

An outstanding customizable payroll service for Charter and Independent Schools

PROS

PayBridge has provided us with highly customizable payroll and reporting functionality specifically fit to meet the needs of the schools we support. The schools have unique requirements that include payroll reporting information for teacher’s retirement and filings (STRS & PERS). We are able to easily and accurately report this information using PayBridge’s retirement reporting functionality. Our system is also customized to automatically update the annual changes to the STRS and PERS rates every July 1, in accordance to CA State changes. The support we receive from their team is exceptional, to say the least. They have indepth knowledge of the charter and independent school industry. Our dedicated support contact has been with PayBridge since we have been a client. He has a vast array of knowledge and quickly resolves any matter that is presented his way. He is the absolute best. I wish I could say this about the other national payroll service provider we use. They are not as familiar with our industry. I need to explain everything to their customer service representatives, who appear to know little about our requirements or what we are trying to accomplish. PayBridge is quick to roll out new features and enhancements, their technology is continually evolving. If you are shopping for a customizable payroll/HR services provider, I would highly recommend you take a serious look at these folks- they will exceed your expectations.

PayBridge Review of Deer Trails Country Club

The experience has been very positive from the install and continual work that we do together. This system is a great value for the price, customer service and on-going support.

PROS

We like all the features that PayBridge offers and the ease of utilizing the product. We do not take advantage of all the tools that are offered, but then again, we are a smaller operation. Customer service is excellent and always available; if a problem arises and I have to leave a voicemail, I will receive a callback within 20 minutes.

CONS

We have no dislikes about the payroll system; we need to take more advantage of the tools that they offer.

Longtime happy customer with PayBridge

PROS

Our implementation was smooth and their product is exactly what they promote it to be. Being an Ohio business, our state and local tax structure is complex. They have taken the tax filing burden off of us- our payroll and tax calculations are always accurate. They use high end technology that continually evolves. We have been impressed by all members of the PayBridge team from day one, from their sales, implementation, tax department, and support account manager. Their team is tenured, friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. I’ve had the same support contacts since we started using their service. We’ve used other payroll companies in the past, PayBridge far exceeds all of them. They should be a top contender for any organization shopping for a payroll/HCM provider.

CONS

Not many cons. We didn't find any aspects of this software to be difficult to learn or use. We use both their Payroll and Time and are impressed with how the company runs.

Great system that's flexible and I can pay for what I need.

Overall, PayBridge makes it easy and affordable for us to process our bi-weekly payroll and reports tax information to the government accurately and timely on our behalf.

PROS

PayBridge has a broad set of capabilities to meet a wide range of needs. They were able to provide us with what we initially needed. We did not need to sign up for some giant package at a costly charge, with features we will never use. We plan to add some of their HR components but did not have an initial need. Once you get the hang of it their software is easy to use. They have an impressive team. We have a dedicated support specialist who is extremely knowledgeable. I can call her directly and get an immediate response to my inquiry. Our payroll integrates well with their Time & Labor, which has helped us to accurately calculate accruals. Their team can quickly modify our timekeeping system if we find there is an additional change that needs to be made to our accrual calculations. No delays or escalations in getting things done. I highly recommend PayBridge for anyone looking for an all-in-one HRIS!

Best Payroll HR company for schools

I am writing to convey my gratitude for the excellent customer service I continue to experience with Paybridge. The quality of service provided by Paybridge is not only outstanding, but the level of detail and accountability is assuring. Our Paybridge account manager [sensitive content hidden] is always available, always friendly, and always easy to work with. His knowledge and patience make payroll go smoothly. Six years ago, we were with another payroll company, there was always an issue with our payroll, and they did not understand setting up payroll for education/ certificate and classified staff. So happy and relieved we made the switch. Not only are they a thorough and trustworthy company, but their customer service is also great, reliable, with a user-friendly employee/employer portal. There is always someone to answer my questions. I speak to the same person every time I call and he knows my requirements and our payroll as well as I do. He will pick out items and question them whenever I enter an extra number or put a decimal in the wrong place and verifies it with me prior to processing payroll. They know the rules on state retirement and the various reporting requirements.
