It's made my life so much easier
I am in charge of finding new members of our team and we have a pretty unique set of skills we require. Keeping track of all of the candidates we have takes a lot of effort. There are a lot of different places we need to post our jobs and it is a handful to keep up with in addition to other responsibilities. I tried a couple of different products and but I found Persia and I really like it.
PROSFeature to post to different job boards works really well and didn't have any issues like some of the other products I tried. It's really easy to review applicants and track candidates that have applied in the past. Its easy to get feedback on a candidate from others and see all notes in one place. Scheduling with multiple parties is so much easier that trying to "wing it" without a tool.
CONSFeatures are missing but coming soon. There's no mobile app yet. Setting up calendar integration was difficult at first but fine once I got it set up.
Reasons for switching to Persia
ApplicantStack doesn't feel as intuitive as Persia. Persia does better at notifying my team when feedback is needed and it has a better set of integrations. Posting to different boards wasn't issue-free for ApplicantStack and that made it hard to justify using it.

Job feedback
There were no technical problems during the work. Cards and vacancies were filled clearly and without problems. It was easy to transfer candidates from stage to stage.Good service
PROSI liked the number of functions necessary for recruiting. Clearly defined roles and competencies. It is convenient to fill out the candidate card.
CONSIt is not always possible to integrate with other services (dou, djinni)

Persia is exellent sollution for recruitment processes automation
I started to use Persia not so long ago. Initially I needed a system where I could keep candidates' resumes. But when I signed up in Persia I found a lot of very useful features. For example, you can upload resumes from different sources just in one click. Recently Persia developers added another helpful feature: now I can post vacancies on job boards from my Persia account. This saves a lot of time. Moreover, I'm corresponding with applicants in Persia so I always can find message history. There are so many useful features in this system that's why I recommend recruiters and hr-managers to try it, especially while there is a free trial period.
