The product is easy to use, and actually does a lot more than you think (for example we have converted some job adverts to other native languages, used it to review our own job descriptions rather than creating one). The D&I suggestions and SEO optimisation suggestions are great add-ons as well.

RAI is easy to use. It covers a number of different resourcing processes, but is very flexible. We split up how resourcing roles are done in our business and so staff can use the features that are relevant to their role. We are new to AI, but it is already making huge time savings across the business and it works across EVERY role. Also the team at Rednevada are great and we can see this product will only continue to grow.

They aren't cons per se, but we already want the features that Rednevada have planned for RAI in the coming months! Looking at candidate attraction and also how the CV analysis continues to evolve are two areas of great interest for us.
