Excellent user experience and good after sales support
eMpower has really made the difference to our organization's time attendance management. The after sales support has been excellent. We are getting timely software updates too which makes a lot of difference to our user experience.

Empower Review
We have recently started using Biometric device and empower. Pros-Its good than muster signing method. Can view attendance of any member across the orgnasiation if biometric device is available. It can promote discipline in terms of timing. Attendance report at click of a button. Cons-We can't define uniform Holiday list across organsiation in the empower system. Need to be more user friendly. Need to have videos for using empower on the empower link. Has different terminologies like shift which is not applicable to our organisation. We can't fit our leave policy 100% in the current empower system. One should be able to update Employee information easily. There should be back end provision to update various information which will save time and efforts. Server related rotation/ data updation process is manual. When there are multiple reporting lines the super reporting authority is not able to see the report. So there should be different entity as HOD who can have rights to take any type of report for his reportees. Auto reminders to employees about leave application, attendance status. Leave report should have various fields to take different reports e.g. division wise. In some cases the finger print of employee is not possible though we have applied all possible ways so need to have alternative option to handle such cases. There should be Help menu which will explain the members how to draw various reports,analysis from the system and actual use in day to day attendance related work. The product should be more user friendly.
