Easy to use, tool for follow up of candidates

easy to see who is proposed where and when. easy to find notes about a certain candidate or vacancy

CONS

there is still room for improvement. layout and basic information can be improved. I feel like I 'lose' certain candidates after I have spoken to them. there is no history overview.

Very professional recruitment tool

Easy to use both in sales and in recruitment - and a single go-to platform for all pipelines.

PROS

Sherpass Manager has greatly improved our way of working in a quickly growing organisation. Love the ability to collaborate with many colleagues, capture all relevant details and still have a clear overview of the pipeline. Customer service is also top notch. In short, this is a fantastic solution tailored to our needs.

CONS

A detailed profile of skills and interests of a candidate could be added, and is expected to be delivered in a complementary product. But the current problem already covers all main needs.
