Another area where SuccessionHR truly shines is its customer support. The team behind this software is exceptional, providing timely and helpful responses whenever we need assistance. Their customer service has made a considerable impact on our experience.

PROS

I recently had the pleasure of integrating SuccessionHR into our talent management and succession planning processes. The software's dashboards and analytics tools stand out, offering a one-stop solution for managing our succession planning. These features have not only streamlined our planning process but have also sparked valuable conversations around talent development within our organization.

CONS

We have not rolled out all functions of the software but we look forward to deepening our experience with SuccessionHR. It is great to see more integrations with Payroll vendors.

Great tool

The Tool is an excellent resource, consolidating all the necessary data for succession and career planning in one central location. [sensitive content hidden] have proven to be incredibly supportive, consistently available to guide us through any inquiries promptly.

PROS

I sounds the tool very user friendly, the training provided was also very straight forward.

CONS

The tool is great at this point there are no cons that i can think of.

Initial Interaction and Set-up

My overall experience with SuccessionHR has been great! They answered my questions, are available for ongoing support and have assisted me when needed. Ongoing support is very important to me because it is not just about buying a tool it is also about integrating that tool into your culture for sustainability. I feel confident that we will get there with SuccessionHR based on my interaction with [sensitive content hidden].

We are in the initial stages of implementing SuccesionHR. Their level of support and customer service has been outstanding. My rep, [sensitive content hidden] has made herself available and is patient with my Q/A.

CONS

I do not have any feedback for this right now. I like everything regarding my initial set-up. I am really looking forward to using the tool as we move forward in our succession planning process.

I found the support team and level of service fantastic.

A very useful tool that can be shared across departments

CONS

The entire process initially took a while to set up but once it was complete I found it very useful.
