Some features available include an applicant database, employment contracts, vacation and absence approvals, training management and qualifications, goal setting and scorecards, exit interviews, and more. Sympa allows admin users to edit and create new content as company’s needs or target changes.

Sympa integrates with existing systems to manage payroll, scheduling, ERPs, and digital channels for application submissions. The deployment method allows users to access the system from anywhere, whenever they need to. They work well for small to midsize companies across industry verticals.

Pricing is based on the number of employees in an organization and the solution is billed monthly.
