Transparency for all employees and ALDI DK, better payroll with deep dive possibilities, live KPI overview, intergtration possibilities, and an API ready software.

PROS

easy to use, great overview of hopurs for an employee, live data, great KPI overview, time efficient for our planners, monthly improvements and our needs and wishes are often quickly fixed and developed.

CONS

Some more back end data available for the administrators.

wir waren alle sehr unzufrieden mit dieser Software. Es gab sehr viele Fehler in den Berechnungen. Wir mussten immer auf den Kundenservice warten, wenn wir Probleme hatten und das kam mindestens einmal am Tag vor. Auch die Mitarbeiter in den Stores waren sehr unzufrieden und haben den Zahlen nicht vertraut

Succesful Business Partnership

With Tamigo team, the colaboration is truly very good. We resolving issues, errors, processing fast the configurations, they are creative to find solutions to cover our needs and many more. So I will describe my overall experience with Tamigo as a very satisfied client who have many projects to work more with Tamigo Team!

PROS

We are satisfied with Tamigo as it is offering a solution in one for our workforce management needs. Scheduling, payroll, timesheets, abesnce are the most improtant tools using in our daliy business 24/7. Our employees are up-to date with their shifts, flex, vacation balances etc just with one click through app in a very easy and friendly enviroment. I would also like to mentioned that the support team is always very helpful, providing us prompt response and solutions when pop-up any challenges.

CONS

We are in process of the ADP integration. So now we are getting more familiar with the software feautures. Developement needs are taking longer time to come into completion which affecting our daily operations. However, other solutions are always being offered by Tamigo team which we are highly appreciated and working until each project is completed.

Les équipes magasins sont satisfaits de ce nouvel outil car il leur permet: - de gagner du temps dans l'élaboration des plannings - de communiquer rapidement avec leurs équipes - de centraliser, gérer et fiabiliser les données RH - d'exporter les données pour la paie en 1 clic - d'analyser les KPI remontés directement au sein de l'outil - de s'assurer de la bonne application des règles RH liées à la convention collective En tant qu'administrateur, l'accompagnement qualitatif de l'équipe TAMIGO est un vraie valeur ajoutée. Toutes nos demandes d'évolution ne peuvent être acceptées car cela impacterait également les autres clients de TAMIGO, mais cela est minime au vu de tout ce qui a déjà été approuvé, et mis en place.
