I found it very easy to set up Vacation Tracker for our remote team! Since we work from three different locations, this tool has been of great help. It allowed us to completely eliminate spreadsheets and automate our time off management. Highly recommend!

Overall product is great for our use of tracking PTO. Easy to setup and use. I was pleasantly surprised with the live webinars to show functionality and updates. When needed, support has been quick and helpful.

System is intuitive to not only setup but also for employee's to use. Also visually simple and not complex. The easiest Outlook calendar integration that we tested!

Some additional customizations could be nice, such as having a variety of set PTO banks that I could assign to eligible employees and having comment section to note why additional days may be added.

Overall, Vacation Tracker has streamlined our time off request, approval and tracking processes very well. We're very happy with the service, and look forward to expanded functionality and features.

Would like some additional reporting, or the ability to have the date/time that a request is submitted, the name of the approver, and approval date and time of a request be included in export data.

It's been okay so far but still working with it. It may not be a good fit for us but we are learning it and making it work.

Trying to figure out how to add current vacation hours and also start the accrual hours
