Excellent Recruitment Hiring Tool
I love using VideoCV . The simplicity of the system appeals me to the most . I can select a larger pool of candidates to interview using this as a recruiting tool. It reduces time to hire and interview time.

CONSBefore integration with our ATS , I had to copy information across. However , this problem has now been resolved with integration between the two.

VideoCV is my time saver and a very good "filter".
PROSVideoCV software is very user-friendly. No particular knowledge is needed to use it.
CONSI have not noticed any impracticalities so far.

Great way for making the recruitment more efficient
I'm very pleased with personalised and great customer service. Interesting and useful tool for sure! If only everyone would be more open on sending the video replies. But perhaps one day it's a new normality and people aren't scared of it.
PROSFirst impression is the most important and video CV gives you opportunity to screen the candidates who are brilliant in giving good first impression. Helps a lot to validate the cultural fit and overall motivation. Gives me opportunity to dig deeper in the first round interviews.
CONSI don't like that there is a big portion of candidates who don't reply at all. Maybe they would have turned out brilliant in the first round interview but they got rejected due to unresponsiveness.

Good experience with VideoCV
Candidates answer some questions on VideoCV, which gives the first impression and overview about the candidates' language or any other required skills. The video can be shared with the manager and the feedback can also be handled on the same platform. It is easy to use and no additional instructions are required for the candidates involved - just send the link and wait for the video.
CONSThere are no special cons to highlight.

How VideoCV helped Coolbet
We are using Teamtailor and the integration was super easy. We love the fact that we can post an introduction interview of the position and team so that the candidate can have a better understanding. VideoCV has saved a lot of our time. Thanks to it, we have to have much less screening interviews or have managed to eliminate that stage from recruitment entirely.
CONSMaybe I just haven't found that option yet but it seems that we can add our employees as users to the platform but can't assign them to a specific job posting.
