We’ve been using Yougood for a couple of months now, and everyone loves it! All our employees got hooked on sending bonuses: it is just such an easy and pleasant thing to do, which boosts everyone’s mood at no expense.

Our employees like Yougood because it is very intuitive and doesn’t require special skills and knowledge to use. From the admin’s standpoint, the process is also straightforward: I manage requests with a few clicks, and some of our employees already enjoy our branded hoodies. Slack integration is also convenient: no one ever misses any news and forgets to use Yougood.

I wouldn’t call them cons, but if we ever had any technical issues, the Yougood team was very responsive and quick to react and fix everything.

It's really easy and fun to use. I like the idea that you can thank your colleagues and find the right funny gif that will cheer you up. And it’s very joyful to watch everyone thank each other - it enhances team spirit and good for morale. Especially when working remotely.

Didn't find yet. I like it! Although I would like to have more reward options such as integration with online shops.
