Zalvis is a readymade hiring software, which is useful and easy. Most of the time, we have felt that this software is very basic, but yet full of necessary tools for hiring.

We are happy using Zalvis ATS from few months, it has been suggested to us by Google search results, we opted for free trial of 14 days and finally when we have found this software useful for us, we have upgraded to premium package. Feature wise this application is fully loaded with various features, also have integration with many different softwares. The most important feature which this application has is job interview functionality, we was needed this as this was unavailable on our previous application. The support from them is useful, then talk very politely and listen carefully what we are saying.

The response time from support could have been better, now it’s taking 24 hours to get response from email, however phone support is instant.

I am happy with this software called ZalviS. It’s very simple to use and almost do all the things as per the requirements.

Zalvis is a great platform but not perfect, I guess no one is perfect. It has some cons like limited functionality, it only work as ATS nothing more than that. Also the prices are little on higher side than market price.

Customer support sometimes requires more time than usual to fix critical issues such as bugs, otherwise it’s a good software.

Recently I have been searching for ATS and have selected Zalvis. Before this I had been facing issues through hiring from job portal and struggling with paperwork and legal compliances. But with Zalvis, as everything is included in the same dashboard, so from posting job roles and hiring candidates or doing paperwork got lots more easier than before. The eSignature feature which they have introduced recently is also a cherry on the cake for me. Lastly I would say it was a good choice for me.

Although I like using this software and have not found any major issues to turn off. But of course nothing is perfect, and I have still expectant to get some more features on the same package. Like including video interview, AI shortlisting would make it more efficient.
