CareDirector v5 review - RS
This is a fantastic piece of software. It allows us to tailor the system to our business needs - even if those needs change over time. From the users perspective, its has an intuitive front end. Consistency in how the software looks and behaves throughout - making it relatively easy to train users on.
PROSConfigurable. The best feature, by far, is the ability to amend the software to meet the business requirements, including adding additional fields to screens, creating new screens.
CONSTo configure the system, you do need skills in FetchXML and JavaScript.

A really customisable and functional piece of software.
Overall experience has been good - the customisation option has ensured we can always deliver a solution to the problems that the business need to solve. Whether that's as simple as adding a box to a screen or writing a complex workflow to pull information into the right place.
PROSThe ability to customise it for our internal processes and needs - not being forced into doing what the system wants us to do.
CONSSmall quirks that resulted in tedious workarounds, like running a daily report to check for errors that could have been avoided had the software worked as expected.

Customisation and not having to constantly go back to the supplier to request changes that were internal process specific.
