Great experience as an administrator!

PROS

It provides recommendations on courses based off your aspired skills and they are relevant! The administrator portal is easy to use and manage for onboarding new members. The dashboard is also relevant as it informs you the number of users and which users have not logged in for a while.

CONS

Many times, they have implemented the suggestions quite rapidly after informing the team about it. For example, tilr created a search functionality to search for all available courses.

Great Way to Identify and Manage Skills in Your Organization

PROS

The team at Tilr is amazing, support and product improvements are incredible. The team is open with their roadmap, loves feedback, and the tool is often getting updates making an easy to use tool even easier!

CONS

Tilr could have more built in reporting options and visibility, but the support team is more than happy to find and provide that information on request!

Good tool getting even better

Overall, enjoy what Tilr has to offer. Our team still has a way to go to get everyone on board, but believe it's the right tool for our team members

PROS

The customer support has been amazing, we've felt very support throughout the integration and post sale process. Every new update we're updated on and the product is only getting better.

CONS

Access to all the Coursera courses and certifications. Ease of searching for these tools as well. Understand that this is being rectified now, but we were not aware that we wouldn't have access to these features straight away.

Skills development is easier while using Tilr as relevant resources are available easily.

PROS

Ease of implementation, administration and use - Employees have access to what they need, and we are able to provide it through an easy-to-manage platform.

Great platform!

PROS

I really like Tilr because it's super easy to navigate and our employees love the course options. It provides SO MUCH data for people on the admin end, which really helps when having to deliver metrics to others.

CONS

I wish there was a way to promote the Mentorship program more. Although I understand it in theory, I feel that there is something lacking and believe that Tilr needs to revamp or add something to make Mentorship a more admirable option for different employees.

Thank you , tilr!

tilr has allowed us to be more ambitious in our skills approach to supporting our staff and our succession planning. Our small team can do more, and more sustainably, because of what tilr offers.

PROS

I loved that tilr gave us a language and structure for talking about our skills. And it lets us track the skills of our team, and for the roles in our organizational chart, without getting bogged down in GoogleSheets. What a gift. It's going to support both our individual employee professional development, and also our people manager's ability to help coach and guide their direct reports in their growth.

CONS

As a small educational nonprofit, many of the positions on our team don't have an equivalent in tilr's skills database, which made setting up individual profiles a bit more daunting for our team.
