What I Love

It makes life so much easier for current and potential students to be able to purchase/make payments on-line.

PROS

Love:1. the ability to see receipts immediately after processing;2. refunding or voiding works wonderfully;3. The ability to email and/or reprint receipts.

CONS

At this time, I'm not aware of any issues.

PROS

The breadth of the product offerings. Using multiple Transact products makes integration easy. This saves us staff time.

CONS

Integrations (TIAs & APIs) for snack and vending machines do not provide the location details for purchases. This makes it impossible to know what location is having an issues. This makes it challenging to troubleshoot issues as well as verify product refund requests.

Instant ID Review

Instant ID is fine.

PROS

Instant ID is more user friendly to build a new ID card than ID Works.

CONS

I have no real issues to complain about Instant ID.

I wanted to keep all things ID Card with Transact, to hopefully minimize integration issues.

Love Campus ID Solutions

PROS

Love the integrated system between door access, meal plans, and board. It makes things more streamlined for our university processes.

CONS

I think the U/X design can be better so that it is more user friendly.
