Useful and intuitive tool for tracking compliance with contract requirements.
We use this tool by breaking down our Performance Work Statement into discreet requirements allowing us and our customer to easily evaluate compliance on a recurring basis. This tool provides an intuitive way to quickly and easily document compliance with requirements as well as document and noncompliance by using the Corrective Action Tool. Another nice feature is the integrated scheduling tool which provides useful reminders for key actions.
CONSThis tool has a nice dashboard feature providing an overview of key measurements but in order to best show the data in a way that our customer desires, we still need to export the data to Excel in order to better show the results in a way that specifically addresses management and quality assurance practices of our customer and their mission. Utilizing the tool to its full capacity would require adjusting our processes to fit the tool which is not ideal but this is true with most widely used eTools. ASC is always eager to seek feedback they might be able to apply that would help organizations more easily and effective measure quality control and compliance.
