Intergration ability

It has been a great experience, they are very easy to work with, and they respond to our needs quickly.

PROS

I like how quick we can intergrate with a client using CMS.

CONS

There is not much that I dont like about the product, but if I had to pick one thing I would say they need to spend more time enhacing the functionability of the adjuster dashboard/database.

Reason for choosing ClickClaims

Because ClickClaims has a better infrastructure, better product, very personable, and I trust them.

Reasons for switching to ClickClaims

Because it did not work properly, and the support was terrible.

Best All Around Support and Software!

EVERYONE at Click Claims is extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and patient! This all goes a long way when most companies force you to use online chat support.

PROS

The software is extremely user friendly. The Click Claims training programs ensures all users are comfortable and have reference material at their fingertips as well.

Has great functionality. Very user friendly. Ease to train new employees on this system.

We work well with the eClaims team. They complete any troubleshooting very quickly. The system has continuously been improved in the five years that we have had it. We are able to work out specifics on making modifications, enhancements, or customizations with the eClaims team.

PROS

We have new hires fully trained on the system within 2 business days. The system has all of the functionality that we need and if any customization is needed, the eClaims team is great to work with in getting our enhancements completed. We are about 98% towards getting every item customized that we need, including automated letters and integration with ISO. We have had this system for 5 years now. It continues to be improved every year.

CONS

The search function should be more robust. Needs to be more of a smart search function. Also there are some limitations with regards to items that are feature specific vs. claim specific.

Best Claims Management System for years

I have used ClickClaims for well over a decade, and of all the CMS's I have come across, ClickClaims is the best, hands down.

PROS

User friendly, Report writing capability, Accounting bridge.

CONS

The beauty of this company is, when we find something changed, or added, ClickClaims people get on it right away.

Long time customer

Our company used the initial version of ClickClaims and worked to integrate some creative customization. Later the next and current version provided such advanced functionality that we could move fairly seamlessly to the newer and improved solution. I haven't seen any other service that has as much flexibility and can integrate with other systems as ClickClaims. Keep up the good work.
