Best inventory and 3rd party price validation
I add, modify, and delete our inventory using this software. It also can print comparable inventory to validate our prices when confronted with a price objection. We also use this to estimate trade values.
PROSIt's owned by Cox Automotive which has their hands into everything. I use it to post my vehicles and the picture editor allows us to add banners easily to the images of trucks we sell.
CONSThe quality of the photos do get reduced greatly from the quality that we initially took off our trucks.

Photo upload could use improvement
I am using Vauto Provision as a photographer that uploads images and prints windows tickers
PROSThe program is great because it is so all encompassing and its comparative pricing tool is invaluable and what made it one of the gold standard for auto inventory marketing
CONSI wish the photo uploading tool was a little easier to use and the THUMBNAILS are so TINY. I wish there was a way to increase the size of the thumbnails so that you could see more details in the pictures to know if there are bad pictures in the batch to delete. Simply hovering over the images is not good enough in my opinion to analyze images to tell if an image is good or bad especially if there are only minor differences between pictures. Also sometimes when I am re ordering images a few at a time, they don't land in the right place and end up being scattered or every other image.
Reasons for switching to Provision
The dealers I work at made the switch for financial reasons because Homenet and Vauto are redundant in most of their features. I personally was a bigger fan of the photo upload precess within Homenet over Provision / vauto

Provision is where it is!!!
I used provision, we switched software, and now we have recently went back to provision and I couldn't be happier. It is easy to use and requires little to no training. I am able to create custom reports to help me be efficient. Highly recommend!
PROSI enjoy the ease of use with this software. I have used multiple applications and this is by far my favorite.
CONSI wish that in the photo management portion of the software I could enlarge photos to make them a little easier to see while I am inputting information.

Daily Experienced User Review
As mentioned before, it was made for Inventory and Dealership managment. It helps me a lot with out Inventory and maarketing, I can do a lot with it and most of what I need day a day. I believe most dealers should have it.
PROSAfter getting to know it for a while, it's pratical and a must for out kind of business. Support is good as well, but sometimes they might take a while.
CONSSometimes it has some bugs that not even they know how to fix properly, some of the even look stupid.
