Fantastic piece of software for any business

We have used Onsite7 for over 2 years now and consider it part of everyday use. From sales staff, surveyors, fitting teams and office staff. The ease of use and ability to get the required information quickly is great.

PROS

All of our jobs are logged on Onsite7 so its easy to find contact, address or job details of customers. The fitting teams can upload before, during and completed images - Takes away the chance of customers trying to blame us for any damage etc.

CONS

Nothing. If there has been any issues... A simple email to the support team and they then respond with the answer/solution

Just what we was looking for

My overall experience is good. I haven't had any problems with the software. I have had a few questions in the past and they have got back to me always with in the hour even late at night. I have recommended this software to a company I use to work for where I can see how much it would benefit them.

PROS

I like having everything in one place, it's very helpful to have. Customer service is on point. The software is easy to use.

CONS

What would be really useful to me is having a calendar widget to have on your phone. So when you are on the go you can easily book jobs on your calendar that then upload to the software.

Simple software excellent value for money

Excellent customer service [SENSITIVE CONTENT] is always great at solving any issues we have. The value for money is excellent and overall the software is perfect for our business.

PROS

We liked the simplicity of this software and the fact that it suited our double glazing business. The price was also great value.

CONS

Sometimes the software freezes when entering a job and we loose what we have entered. Also sometimes photos get corrupt and we cant view them. I would also like to be able to change around the job stages.
