A game changer
I have enjoyed JDXpert and the ability to finally manage our job descriptions in one location.
PROSThe ability to manage a lot of job descriptions without using multiple systems. The workflows are easy to initiate and the system is easy to use. The Matrix has been an amazing feature for Classification. JDXpert has made job descriptions fun again!
CONSNot an unlike, but a future request to be able to print the organization charts. This will show the true reporting structure of your organization.

Does the Right Things the Right Way
HRTMS-JOBS delivers (1) a searchable job analysis/job content database, not just a file of job descriptions; (2) a clear, commonsense workflow for job and job description development and management; (3) tremendous flexibility atop a robust , well-thought-through platform; (4) committed, enthusiastic, personal service. In more than 40 years as an HR professional, I have known and sold numerous "HR Software packages". HRTMS-JOBS is simply the very best -conceived, best-engineered, and best-supported piece of HR technology I know.

HRTMS Jobs
I think the JOBS software system is comprehensive in its capabilities to support job description development. It includes aids that significantly help determine key job roles and responsibilities The process workflow capabilities are excellent and tracking of changes to a job description make discussions with managers and other stakeholders much simplier. With any comprehensive tool, users need to committ themselves to learning the capabilities and functionality. This is not an "out-of-the-box" technology that requires no training or an initial investment of user time. However, with that investment comes a great tools that simplifies work processes and creates resourc efficiencies going forward.
