The single sign-on with Microsoft 365 works to enhance cyber-security, but it's a bit annoying when I have to click the Accept button for consent from Microsoft every login.

There is always room for improvement but the team is always on hand to support and the pipeline of new feature is exciting.

My overall experience is that Bilabl offers a very functional and efficient system at great value, especially when compared to other systems I have used in the past.

I find Bilabl very user friendly and easy to use. It has great functionality and covers all the needs for a fee earner accessing the system, finding the relevant client file and matter and recording their time.

This is a very intuitive and easy to use software that allowed us to digitally transform, automate and scale our practice. We used to spend huge amounts of time and money but bilabl automates everything. What was particularly helpful was the integration with sharepoint.
