Simplistic Functionality at its Best
Wonderful, responsive if I ever have a question and customers immediately know what to do, everyone gets an immediate copy. It’s wonderful
PROSNot complicated and does what it should simply with ease. I use it near daily and templates save me time and money and storage space, simple tracking and love the compliance certificates. Cost can’t be beat and [sensitive content hidden] the [sensitive content hidden] is responsive and friendly and open to adding more features to make it even better.
CONSAt first I didn’t like how simple it was then I learned it was just so much better than DocuSign

Wonderful product for our growing company
The product fit all our needs and it saves us so much time and in turn allows us to onboard our new customers with ease. The set up was a breeze and customer support is intuitive and efficient.
PROSWe use ContractHub to automate repetitive document flows as well as digitally sign third-party PDFs. For things like order forms and NDAs, it really saves us a lot of time. The dashboard makes it easy for me to find things, and the ToDo section lets me quickly sign and approve stuff without hassle. Highly recommend!
CONSWe really did not have any, the product and its customer engagement was on point

Extremely positive and satisfied. I've only needed to contact support a couple of times and it's been resolved quickly and positively.
PROSI was looking for a simple, easy-to-use, inexpensive way to manage my contracts and agreements. This is a necessary part of doing business, but it's a tedious one. After experiencing some frustration with complexity and insatiability with other providers, I came across your solution on Appsumo for an incredible price. I haven't looked back and no longer have the same frustrations I used to.
CONSHonestly, there isn't much I don't like. My "wish list" is really short-- the ability to customize the signer's colors just as I do for my own (I apply my brand colors to EVERYTHING), and set those colors as defaults would be great. I feel like it switches me between the set up screen (where I signate emails and signers) to the contract screen too fast, without a confirmation or way to get back.

Honestly, I was super fed up with my options. When I saw the Appsumo deal, I didn't think twice. I'd already wasted more money trying other options over the years. Knowing what I know now about your product, I would have paid a lot more for it because it did exactly what I needed it to do. Admittedly, I need to investigate other features, but I'm satisfied with your product and I am happy to be here with you.
Reasons for switching to ContractHub
I've tired all 3 of the products above. Docusign is out of control expensive and slow. So is signable, and I didn't like the interface. Adobe Sign was completely unstable. Sometimes it signed, other times it didn't. All three were not meeting my needs.

Good product
Friendly user, good to follow your documents. No need to do a follow up with the customer to check if he received the document. Save time !
CONSSometime you change the way to use the application and I have to figure it out by myself !

CONSWe can't edit a layout and I think there are extra steps when the end user signs the contract.
Reasons for switching to ContractHub
Contrachub is cheaper option and closer to the previous product's functionality compared to others.
