Ease of use - Della is a super easy to use, we usually provide 20-30mins training to our users and then they are able to use the platform. Setting up projects is very easy as well - the process is structured in simple steps which are very easy to follow. Checklists - Adding/ deleting / modifying the list of questions is super easy. There is a long list of pre-configured/ pretrained fields that we are re-using but also adding a completely new question is easy as well…all you have to do is phrase the question in the most natural way , which is very intuitive. Accuracy - the first cut that the machine produces once we upload the documents is exquisite…I'd say that the first cut is 80% there in most cases Reporting - there are so many different types of reports that we can export depending on the use-case. In some case people find the excel export useful while other users tend to use the standard word report. We are currently experimenting with the custom reports and I can see huge potential from using those. Ease of the review - It's very easy to navigate through della. When our users have to go through a list of documents, the go through the answers suggested by the machine and tick them if correct or select the right answer if wrong. We have received some really good feedback so far about the functionality where users can see a list of suggested answers because, it's 90%

I would love to see more advanced visual graphs but Della is still a young company so I've got confidence that they will address that in the near future.

The team at Della are fantastic and have helped us greatly on our technology journey. They have helped us each step of the way with engagement, training and to further develop the technology as we have used this on more complex use cases. The product has been incredibly easy to use and has been much easier to build adoption than other technology products. Feedback from our users has been excellent so far and word of mouth is helping to push adoption of Della further.

Della is an incredibly easy to use piece of tech. Unlike many other AI technologies, Della can be picked up and used with almost no training at all. The low barrier to entry has encouraged many people from across the business to give it a try and discover the benefits of AI assisted review.

No negatives as such. Della is still a young company so I've got confidence that as they grow and develop further we will see many more features and enhanced functionality appearing.
