US Legal - Like having an extra legal assistant.
US Legal Forms is a very valuable tool, especially for a small firm like mine. It is like having another legal assistant.
PROSUS Legal Forms saves me and my assistant a lot of time by providing legal forms what we know have been acceptable in our jurisdiction. The forms serve as models and to make sure we did not skip something important.
CONSAlthough we can usually find what we want, from time to time we come up empty in our search. Generally, we can find a form from another judisdiction.

I give US Legal Forms a solid 8.75 out of 10 scale. I would recommend them.
PROSI like the ability to search for forms and use the language and form format to prepare my forms that are more structured towards the issue or matter I require the layout, format, or phrasing of the forms provided.
CONSSometimes the packages in bulk are difficult to determine what all is there.

Buyer Beware - Agreements contain misspellings and grammatical errors.
Terrible experience overall. I was looking for a simple agreement that did not have a preview. Was directed to purchase a monthly subscription and upon opening the document and briefly reviewing not only was there very little substance the content was littered with spelling and grammatical errors. The agreement and how it was presented was extremely professional. This was certainly not worth the time and money. I should have spent the money with an attorney or a more credible site.
PROSEasy to set up an account and it was easy to purchase a document.
CONSNo preview option that I saw No description of the agreement other than the title Appears to be another company that provides the forms (you pay a third party)

Great Product
Reasonable cost for forms, helps with clauses and other formatting issues for legal documents
CONSThe fill spaces are a pain to use. Sometimes can't get rid of them.
