CLM to build on

We are utilizing better request management as well as introducing automated contract template requests.

PROS

What I liked most is the simple yet powerful design of the tool. It can be set up today, but if my requirements change tomorrow it can quickly adapt and accommodate.

CONS

It is a bit of a blank slate out of the box.

Reason for choosing Zeal

Flexibility of the tool and trust in the implementation solutions team.

Reasons for switching to Zeal

The previous product was inherited and it was poorly set up, so the amount of fixes needed required too much attention and cost by the product team. It was better to start over with a new solution.

Best Contract Management Platform

It has been so great to work with this product. I wish every company I worked with was this easy and helpful.

PROS

The two things I love about Zeal the most are the interface and the customer service. In terms of the user interface it is intuitive, easy to use and there is such a low barrier for entry. I am not a super savvy tech guy, but now that I got it, I can't stop using it. Additionally, the customer service rocks! They are so helpful.

CONS

The thing I like least is that sometimes I upload pdf and the formatting is a little wonky, however, most of the docs I create are in Zeal and I know they are working to fix this.

Savvy Ladies is using Zeal

Outstanding client support. Very helpful, patient and delightful to work with the Zeal team.

PROS

Savvy Ladies can now streamline the contract management of our exponentially growing community of helpline volunteers by leveraging the Zeal platform to share, sign our essential documents, and keep track of our Agreements efficiently and effectively.

CONS

Zeal continues to update and optimize its platform. We can make suggestions for our use needs that get implemented. We are excited to be able to use the group outreach when it gets implemented.

Great platform for non-profit volunteer signatures

Customer service for Zeal is outstanding.

PROS

Very easy to use and set up once you learn the system.

CONS

Would love to have a feature like the old school tabs you would stick on paper contracts that identify the areas where information needs to be filled in or signatures are required.
